The treatment style
Specific, adaptable bodywork for people who need more than a general massage.
Therapeutic treatments are designed for clients dealing with tight muscles, training fatigue, reduced mobility, desk-related tension, recurring aches, physical overload or the need for more structured recovery support.
The session can be firm and focused, slower and restorative, movement-led, nervous-system aware or recovery-tool supported. The goal is to meet your body where it is, not force one fixed style onto every client.
Treatments
Therapeutic treatments available.
01
Deep Tissue Massage
Firm, focused massage for deeper muscle tension, overloaded areas, back tightness, shoulder stiffness and patterns that feel stuck.
02
Sports Massage
Targeted treatment for active people, runners, gym users and athletes who want help with training fatigue, muscular tightness and recovery.
03
Recovery & Remedial Massage
Practical massage therapy for aches, overload patterns, mobility issues, physical fatigue and recurring areas of discomfort.
04
Assisted Stretching
Guided stretching for hips, hamstrings, calves, quads, shoulders and back, useful when mobility feels limited or movement feels guarded.
05
PNF Stretching
Contract-and-relax stretching techniques used where appropriate to support range of movement, control and flexibility.
06
Myofascial Release
Slower fascial work for tissue that feels compressed, restricted or resistant to ordinary massage pressure.
07
Vagus Nerve Regulation
Gentler bodywork and calming techniques to support nervous-system settling when stress, tension or guarded breathing are part of the picture.
08
Fire Cupping Therapy
Recovery-focused cupping for physical treatments, used to support local tissue work and areas of persistent tightness.
09
Hot & Cold Stone Therapy
Temperature contrast used where appropriate for recovery-focused work, physical treatments and areas that respond well to heat and cold.
Recovery tools
Tools that can support the treatment when useful.
These are recovery supports, not separate standalone services. They are included only when they suit the client, the goal and the session.
Clinical judgement
The tool is never the whole treatment.
The main value is the assessment, hands-on work and how the treatment is adapted. Recovery tools are chosen only when they add something useful.
Compression therapy
Used for legs, hips, glutes or arms to support recovery, circulation-focused work and post-training heaviness.
Infrared recovery devices
Infrared light support can be used for healing and recovery-focused sessions where appropriate.
Infrared heat belt
Useful for lower back warmth and softening before or during a focused therapeutic treatment.
Infrared sauna blanket
Can be used where suitable for warmth, relaxation and recovery support.
Percussion therapy
Used selectively for local muscle preparation, warm-up or recovery work where it adds value.
K-tape support
Applied where needed as a recovery support tool after assessment, not sold as a separate treatment.
