Service Description

A therapeutic massage designed to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using firm pressure to release chronic tension and knots, it now includes infrared light therapy to penetrate deep into problem areas. This combination not only loosens adhesions (scar tissue) but also improves oxygen flow to tissues, relieves inflammation, and accelerates long-term healing. Infrared is applied for 10–20 minutes on persistent pain zones for maximum effect. Ideal for: Desk workers, athletes, and anyone with chronic tension or pain. Health Benefits: Reduces deep muscle tension, improves posture, restores mobility, speeds recovery with infrared light.

Out-of-Hours Bookings

Out-of-hours bookings are available on request and are subject to availability. These incur a small premium to reflect the added flexibility. Please contact me directly on WhatsApp for bookings outside the core hours.

Out-of-hours premium:

+15% before 9:00 AM or after 8:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
+ 15% Saturdays before 10:00 AM or after 6:00 PM
+ 20% for Sundays or Bank Holidays
