3. Bookings and Cancellations

​

• You may cancel or amend your booking free of charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled treatment.

• Any cancellations or changes made less than 3 hours before the treatment will be fully chargeable at 100% of the service cost, including prepaid sessions or packages.

• Missed appointments and no-shows will not be refunded and will be considered fully chargeable.

 

4. Consultation and Health Disclosure

• A consultation form must be completed before your first treatment.

• Clients must notify the therapist of any new health conditions or changes before subsequent treatments. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in session refusal, and the session will still be fully chargeable.

 

5. Chaperone Requirement

​

• A chaperone must be present in the treatment room at all times.

• The client must confirm their agreement to the presence of the chaperone before the session begins.

• The therapist will verify this consent with the client prior to starting the treatment.

• If a chaperone is not present at the start of the session or leaves the room during treatment, the therapist reserves the right to refuse or stop the treatment, which will remain fully chargeable.

 

6. Conduct and Substance Use

​

• Clients under the influence of any substance (legal or illegal) that may compromise treatment safety will be refused treatment, and the session will be fully chargeable.

• All treatments are strictly professional and non-sexual. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate session termination without refund.

 

7. Changes to Services and Terms

​

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, discontinue, or add services as necessary.

• Change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on www.sportscaretherapy.com.

8. Privacy

All client information, including personal and medical details, is treated confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No information is shared with third parties without client consent unless required by law.

 

9. Liability Disclaimer

Sports Care Therapy accepts no liability for injuries, adverse reactions, or medical issues that may occur due to:

• Failure to disclose relevant medical information

• Ignoring post-treatment advice

• Pre-existing health conditions

 

Clients assume all responsibility by consenting to treatment.
