Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Sports Care Therapy, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or credits may be issued for services purchased or booked through our website or by direct contact. Please read it carefully before booking.
2. Services Covered by This Policy
This policy applies to all treatments and service packages offered by Sports Care.
Therapy, including but not limited to:

Sports Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

Promotional packages or offers
3. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Cancellations made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund and will be charged at 100% of the service cost.

Missed appointments (no-shows) will not be refunded and are fully chargeable.

Service packages are non-refundable once the first session has been redeemed. Unused sessions may be rescheduled according to the 3-hour cancellation rule but are otherwise non-refundable.
4. Chaperone and Client Agreement Conditions

If a chaperone is required (e.g., for underage clients or by request), and:

Is not present in the treatment room for the entire session, or
-
Leaves the room during treatment
Then the session may be refused or stopped by the therapist. In such cases, the session will be considered fully chargeable and non-refundable.

Clients must also consent to treatment prior to the session. If a client refuses treatment at the time of appointment, the session will still be charged in full.
5. Health and Safety Refusals

If a client arrives under the influence of any legal or illegal substances that impair their ability to safely receive treatment, the therapist reserves the right to refuse service. No refund will be issued.

Failure to complete the required consultation form before the first treatment, or failure to disclose relevant health conditions before any session, may result in session refusal, which will be non-refundable.
6. Unsatisfactory Service or Complaints
If you are unhappy with a treatment received, please contact us within 48 hours of the session by email or phone. Each concern will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at the discretion of the therapist if the service clearly failed to meet the professional standards expected.
7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

For services purchased via third-party platforms (if applicable in the future), refunds must be requested through that platform in accordance with their policies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to www.sportscaretherapy.com. It is the responsibility of the client to review the latest policy prior to booking.
