Particularly suitable for post-surgical recovery, inflammation, fatigue, and medically sensitive cases. Best for: swelling, post-operative care, immune support.

Out-of-hours bookings are available on request and are subject to availability. These incur a small premium to reflect the added flexibility. Please contact me directly on WhatsApp for bookings outside the core hours.
