Service Description

A comprehensive, high-level recovery session combining hands-on therapy with advanced recovery tools to address complex or demanding physical needs. These sessions allow time for assessment, treatment, recovery modalities, and post-treatment support. May include: Hands-on remedial massage Air compression therapy (legs, hips, arms) EMS (Electro Muscular Stimulation) Fire cupping therapy Infrared sauna blanket Kinesio taping Assisted stretching & PNF (Optional body & postural assessment included) Best for: athletes, high workload clients, intensive recovery, travel fatigue.

Out-of-Hours Bookings

Out-of-hours bookings are available on request and are subject to availability. These incur a small premium to reflect the added flexibility. Please contact me directly on WhatsApp for bookings outside the core hours.
